  • How do I start working with De Marque Studio?

    Fill out our the form here or email hello@demarquestudio.com. We’ll send you our Packages Guide or a custom proposal and timeline. From there, we can discuss everything further via email or a phone call.

  • Once we have established the project deliverables we will send a deposit invoice. Once that is paid, we will then onboard you. We start with a strategy questionnaire and visual research, then move into design, edits and deliver your branding, website or collateral. We also have a handover process tailored to your specific deliverables.

  • Branding projects usually take 1–3 weeks. Website projects take 1–6 weeks, pending scope. Other projects depend on the deliverables, but we always aim to move efficiently. Your timeline will be clearly outlined in the proposal.

  • We require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due prior to handover of the completed project. However, we can create a custom payment plan, if preferred.

  • Not perfectly — we can help guide you and explore what might suit you best, however having a rough idea of the deliverables or vision, does help!

  • No, that is optional — you can start with branding, then add packaging, then a website, helping to spread out the work and costs.

  • Both! We tailor each project to fit your unique business and goals.

  • Yes! See here on our work page and click the images, or check out our Instagram here. If you’d like to see somethingspecific, we can also share relevant examples via email.

  • Yes — once final payment is made, you’ll receive all brand assets, your final website, print or digital files, and full usage rights.

  • Branding packages include a strategy questionnaire, visual research, a logo suite, brand mark, colour palette, typography and a final brand kit with a Brand Guidelines document and logo files in various formats. Packaging, social templates and other collateral are optional add-ons. We can discuss what will suit you.

  • Yes, though we usually recommend logo-only work for rebrands. We encourage creating full brand identities to ensure your visuals are intentional, cohesive and built to grow with your business.

  • Yes! All websites are built with flexibility in mind. You’ll be able to update content, images, and products yourself — no coding needed. We can also provide training videos via WhatsApp or screenshare in an online handover session, depending on the type of website project.
